BUSINESS COACHING

I offer psychotherapeutic business coaching which combines the principles of psychotherapy with business coaching to help individuals achieve their goals while also looking at underlying psychological factors. This approach recognizes that personal well-being and professional performance are interconnected and can benefit from a more holistic approach.

I spent 6 years working as an internal coach within the publishing organisation where I worked. My training focused on coaching senior managers and team leaders to help them to develop their own resources within the organizational context.

I have coached in private practice working with business leaders and clients looking at the psychological factors that influence performance, leadership, and overall success in the workplace. I have helped individuals understand and address the root causes of challenges they face in their professional lives, such as anxiety, stress, self esteem issues, lack of confidence or workplace relationship difficulties.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients shift their perspective on their situation and enable them to appreciate their resourcefulness in order to fulfil their potential and find resolutions to problems.
